By entering the event premises, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to that material’s release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for informational and promotional purposes, including on websites, social media, or any other purpose by ONCAT and its partners.

You release ONCAT, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved in the Conference management from any liability and/or payment or royalties connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by ONCAT or the person or entity designated to do so by ONCAT. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event
